Payment & Refund Policy
Pragma Management International - FZCO is committed to transparent and fair payment practices. This Payment & Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for our services.
Payment Terms
Pragma Management International - FZCO accepts various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and approved digital payment platforms. All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable government fees, third-party charges, taxes, or VAT (where applicable), which may be payable in addition to our service fees.
Service fees are typically structured as follows:
- Initial consultation fee: Due upon booking.
- Service retainer: 50% due upon agreement signing.
- Final payment: Due upon service completion or according to the agreed milestone schedule.
All government fees, third-party charges, and official document costs are separate from our service fees and are payable directly to the relevant authorities or service providers.
Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension or delay of services until outstanding amounts have been received.
Refund Policy
Pragma Management International - FZCO strives to provide exceptional relocation and corporate services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the interests of both our clients and our business.
Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted, as our experts have provided professional advice, time, and expertise during the session.
Service Retainer Refunds
Before Work Commences
If you cancel before we begin work on your project, we will refund 80% of the retainer fee, retaining 20% to cover administrative and onboarding costs.
Work in Progress
If cancellation occurs after work has begun, any refund will be determined based on factors including:
- Services already completed;
- Project milestones achieved;
- Professional time spent;
- Administrative work performed; and
- Any third-party costs already incurred.
After 30 Days
Service retainers are non-refundable after 30 days from the agreement date where work has commenced.
Government Fees & Third-Party Costs
Government fees, visa application costs, legal documentation fees, courier charges, translation fees, and other third-party costs are generally non-refundable because these payments are made directly to government authorities or independent service providers and are incurred regardless of the final outcome of an application.
Digital & Professional Services
Where you request or agree that we begin providing services immediately upon engagement (including the delivery of digital files, documents, or custom templates), you acknowledge and agree that you waive any statutory right to a cooling-off period or cancellation once performance has begun or digital content has been accessed. In such cases, refunds will be reduced or unavailable to the extent services have already been performed.
Cancellation Procedure
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected].
A cancellation becomes effective on the date we receive your written request.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Service Guarantee
While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to government procedures, regulatory changes, or decisions made by third parties, we guarantee the professional delivery of the services agreed between us.
If we fail to provide the agreed services due to our negligence or material breach of our obligations, we will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation where appropriate.
Payment Disputes
In case of any payment disputes or refund requests:
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of the issue arising.
- Provide detailed information and supporting documentation.
- We will investigate and respond within 5–7 business days.
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider so that we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
Force Majeure
Pragma Management International - FZCO shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Changes in government policies or regulations;
- Embassy or consulate closures;
- Natural disasters or pandemics;
- Political instability or civil unrest; or
- Other events beyond our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will work with clients to identify alternative solutions or reschedule services.
Relationship with Our Terms & Conditions
This Payment & Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
If there is any inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms & Conditions relating specifically to payments, cancellations, or refunds, this Payment & Refund Policy shall prevail to the extent of that inconsistency. In all other respects, the Terms & Conditions continue to apply.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Payment & Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those rights will prevail over any inconsistent provision of this Policy.
