Payment & Refund Policy
Pragma Management International - FZCO commitment to transparent and fair payment practices
Payment Terms
Pragma Management International - FZCO accepts various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and digital payment platforms. All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.
Service fees are typically structured as follows:
- Initial consultation fee: Due upon booking
- Service retainer: 50% due upon agreement signing
- Final payment: Due upon service completion or as per milestone schedule
All government fees, third-party charges, and official document costs are separate from our service fees and are payable directly to the respective authorities or service providers.
Refund Policy
Pragma Management International - FZCO strives to provide exceptional relocation and corporate services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting both parties' interests.
Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted, as our experts have provided valuable time and expertise during the session.
Service Retainer Refunds
- Before Work Commences: If you cancel before we begin work on your project, we will refund 80% of the retainer fee, retaining 20% for administrative costs.
- Work in Progress: If cancellation occurs after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on work completed and resources allocated to your project.
- After 30 Days: Service retainers are non-refundable after 30 days from the agreement date if work has commenced.
Government Fees & Third-Party Costs
Government fees, visa application costs, legal documentation fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable as these are paid directly to government authorities and service providers. These costs are incurred regardless of the final outcome of applications.
Service Guarantee
While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to the nature of government processes and changing regulations, we guarantee our professional service delivery. If we fail to provide the agreed services due to our negligence, we will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any payment disputes or refund requests:
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of the issue arising
- Provide detailed documentation of your concern
- We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled according to UAE commercial law
Force Majeure
Pragma Management International - FZCO shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Changes in government policies or regulations
- Embassy or consulate closures
- Natural disasters or pandemics
- Political instability or civil unrest
In such cases, we will work with clients to find alternative solutions or reschedule services when conditions permit.
